�How do I get started placing an order if I�m not sure what I�m looking for?
Allegro Promotions takes pride in their ability to guide customers and provide them with a variety of choices and ideas. We work to provide the maximum number of options so as to ensure customer satisfaction. To get an order started, all you need to do is call and speak with a sales representative at 626 966-6253.








�What is the production time of an item?
The production time varies for each item. The standard production time is 10 � 12 working days once the artwork is approved. Rush services are available but are subject to an additional charge.
�How do I get artwork or what do I do if I already have it?
If you have camera ready artwork, please mail it to us. We will return it to you once the product is complete. We would prefer to receive a digital format of your logo. It would be helpful to us if it were on an Adobe Illustrator or EPS file with vector lines. Please e-mail it to us at info@allegropromotions.com.
�What happens if I want a less than minimum quantity?
Less than minimum quantity is available for certain items only. Please contact us for further information or questions.
�What happens if I change my mind after I have already accepted the order and it is in the process of being developed?
Once an order is placed, it is subject to acceptance. An order may not be cancelled once the production has begun. If your order is a special circumstance, and the order is cancelled, the customer will be responsible for all charges.
�What kind of taxation is used in the billing process?
If applicable, only CA state taxes will be applied to your invoice. If your organization is tax exempted, please send us a tax exempt letter before your order is placed.
�Additional Information:
Every effort is made to ship the exact number or quantity desired. However, for imprinted merchandise, XYZ reserves the right to ship 5% over or under the amount of the order, and we will bill accordingly.
An Overview of the Ordering Process
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email notification that we have received your order and instructions on how to send us your artwork. Then, one of our customer care experts will be assigned to oversee your order. He or she will check product availability, review your order for any potential problems with artwork, imprint issues and delivery times, and make sure to offer you any recommendations should our expertise be helpful.

Once your order is reviewed, you will be faxed an order acknowledgement with your proof showing the artwork to be printed and placement on your selected item. Please return this order acknowledgement within 24 hours so as not to effect your expected date of shipment. Late approvals from customers may require expedited shipping methods or in some cases rush production charges. If you require any modification please note on the order acknowledgment.

Returns: after the order acknowledgement approving the artwork to be imprinted is returned it will be sent to production for decoration (imprinting, screen printing, embroidery, etc). After the product has been imprinted on (according to the faxed proof) there are no product returns accepted.

Pre-Production Proofs: we can produce an actual proof of your item with your imprint prior to running your entire order. We recommend this on all orders where time permits. Pre-production proofs typically incur an additional charge for screens and setups plus the cost of the item and can add 5-10 days to the order process.
Artwork
Camera Ready artwork means, black and white laser printed artwork of 1200 dpi or higher. We require the camera ready artwork to be in EPS (encapsulated post script) or AI (Adobe Illustrator) for PC. Please convert all text to outlines when possible.

The following artwork is not considered Camera Ready: photographs, slides, transparencies, negative stats or films that need to be reversed to positive, halftone art that needs to be resized, low resolution laser printed artwork of less than 1200 dpi (we recommend sending black and white 1200 dpi laser prints at 200% larger than actual size), photocopies, faxed art, letterhead, business cards, Web images or any other art that needs to be touched-up, color separated, or multi-color art to be made one-color or otherwise improved. Stats, PMTs or computer scans of the above are not considered camera ready.
